On May 21, 2025 – Nan Nakhon Class, Nan Province. I, Pastor Jed Sae Fan, taught the class. There were 8 students, currently studying BTCP Course Book 1.

I had opportunities to attend youth camps and received spiritual building up. At one camp, I surrendered my life to God and decided to study the Bible to serve Him. However, during my teenage years, I followed friends to Bangkok with the intention to study, but I ended up working instead.
I found a good job with good income. Over time, my focus shifted to earning and saving money. I even worked on Sundays for double pay and began to drift far from God. Eventually, God led me back to Him.
One day, a child accidentally fired a gun, and the bullet hit me. But God preserved my life. My non-Christian coworkers were shocked and asked me how I survived. “What amulet do you wear?” I answered, “I’m a Christian. God protected me.” One colleague even said, “If God spared your life, you should go back to Him.”
After recovering for about a month, I returned to work but felt no peace. Finally, I quit and returned home. At home, a missionary invited me to help with Bible translation typing. I worked on that for about a year. That missionary learned that I once desired to study the Bible and encouraged me to go.
I studied first in Nong Mae La, Mae Sariang, then continued at the Bible college in Phayao. After graduating, I felt God calling me to return and serve my own people — the Mien. Now I serve God together with my husband.
I thank God for His leading and blessing in our family ministry. I have confidence in His calling and guidance.
I will serve God for the rest of my life, just as Joshua said:
“But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.” (Joshua 24:15)
My life verse is:
